Toronto home sales plunge in January
Toronto’s home sales have dropped to their lowest point in January since 2009. Ben Rabidoux, president of North Cove Advisors, says that we may start to see a new status quo for the city’s skyrocketing housing market, but issues like new mortgage rules and interest rates hikes will continue to add to the market’s ups and downs.
